Product Overview

The Automatic Powder Dip Coating Line is a specialized coating system designed for uniform powder application through controlled immersion. Unlike conventional electrostatic spraying, this process allows powder to fully contact the workpiece surface, making it especially suitable for metal parts with complex structures, dense meshes, recessed areas, or internal cavities.

Working Principle

The process begins by preheating the metal workpieces to a controlled temperature. Once heated, the parts are automatically immersed into a fluidized powder bed. The powder particles melt instantly upon contact with the hot surface and form a continuous coating layer.

After immersion, excess powder falls back into the powder tank for recycling, followed by curing to achieve the final coating performance.

This immersion-based method ensures even coating on edges, corners, and hidden areas where traditional spraying may struggle.
