The spray pre-treatment system is a chemical surface treatment process widely used in powder coating and painting production lines. It uses a multi-stage spray process to remove oil, rust, and surface impurities, while forming a chemical conversion layer to improve coating adhesion.
This system is suitable for medium and high-volume production of metal parts with relatively regular shapes.
Working Process
