This project was implemented in Jilin, China, focusing on a stainless steel security mesh coating system (commonly known as diamond mesh coating equipment).
The production line is designed for surface coating of metal mesh products used in security doors, windows, fencing systems, and industrial protective applications.
The client required a stable coating solution capable of handling continuous mesh material with uniform coating coverage, consistent film thickness, and improved production efficiency.
ZHYAO developed a customized powder coating system integrating pretreatment, automated spraying, curing, and continuous conveying technology for mesh-based products.

Engineering Solution
Based on product characteristics, a dedicated mesh coating system was designed:
1. Continuous Pretreatment System
A surface cleaning process was applied to remove oil, dust, and impurities from stainless steel mesh before coating, ensuring proper adhesion performance.
2. Mesh Powder Coating Section
An optimized spraying configuration was designed for open-grid structures. Spray positioning and airflow control were adjusted to ensure powder penetration and uniform surface coverage.
3. Curing System
A tunnel-type curing oven was used to support continuous production, ensuring stable temperature distribution and consistent curing results for long mesh sections.
4. Continuous Conveyor System
A specially designed conveying system was implemented to support stable movement of flexible mesh materials, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production flow.
